Register for Intensive Care ASM 2018

Registration must be completed online by clicking on the button below. Visit the registration site and follow the prompts to complete the registration details as requested. Once you have completed your registration a confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online form and fees. We suggest that you print a copy of your registration prior to submission.

Method of Payment

Payments can be made via the following methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard
  • Bank transfer (Australian delegates only). Bank details will be supplied on your tax invoice if requested. Please email a remittance advice to intensivecareasm@tcc.co.nz

Social Events Terms and Conditions

When you register you will be asked to nominate if you will be attending the inclusive social events included as part of your registration fee. If you are not sure please select “attending”.  If you select “not attending” for a social function included as part of your registration fee, you will forfeit your ticket to that function. It may be possible to reinstate your place provided The Conference Company receives a minimum of ten working days’ notice in writing prior to the commencement of the conference, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Each hotel has its unique cancellation policy. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions and cancellation policy for the property you select. You will be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee your booking when you register.

When booking, use the allocated code to access these airfares. Please note: multiple stopover flights are excluded from this offer.

Cancellation of registration

Deadline: Friday 7 September 2018

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details. If you cancel your registration prior to Friday 7 September 2018 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AU$100. Cancellations made after that date will not be refunded.
