Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel that delegates make arrangements for appropriate insurance cover. ANZICS, ACCCN and AuSPEN do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to take adequate insurance cover.

Dress
Dress throughout the conference is neat casual. Dress for individual functions is indicated in the relevant function description.
Privacy and delegate list
ANZICS, ACCCN and AuSPEN will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
Photocopying at the conference
There are no photocopying facilities at the conference venue so please ensure your bring a sufficient number of any materials you wish to distribute.
Mobile Phones
During conference sessions it is requested that mobile phones should be turned off or set to 'silent' mode and that calls are not instigated or answered until you are outside the auditorium or meeting room.
Smoking
The Sydney Convention & Ehibition Centre is a non-smoking venue as are the venues for all conference functions.
Name badges
Name badges will be issued when registering at the conference. For security purposes the conference name badge must be worn at all times during the conference and social functions.
Baby sitting
Please contact your chosen hotel to arrange a baby-sitting service. If you have any queries please contact the Conference Team.
Parking
Car parking is available at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre. For more information click here.
Registration desk
The registration desk will be located at the Parkside Promenade at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Weather
Sydney enjoys a temperate climate with a mild winter, and has more than 340 sunny days a year. Average minimum temperatures in the winter months of June through to August is around 9 degrees Celsius (47-48 degrees Farenheit). The summer season is from December through to February.
In October-November the average maximum daily temperature is 22.8 degrees celsius (73.1 farenheit) and the average minimum is 14.5 degrees celsius (58.3 farenheit).

Special requirements
Please advise us of any special dietary, mobility or other requirements when registering for the conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements please make yourself known to the waiting staff at all functions.
