We invite you to what promises to be one of the largest and exciting Intensive Care meetings in the Asia Pacific region: the Asia Pacific Critical Care 2008 Congress. Entitled “Celebration of Intensive Care, Past, Present, Future’, this meeting is being held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour from 30th October- 2nd November 2008.
There is an excellent scientific programme involving internationally recognized medical and nursing speakers in addition to up-and-coming young Intensive Care researchers and clinicians.
Registration includes the Thursday night cocktail party and the Saturday night Congress Dinner, continuing a longstanding practice of the ANZICS/ACCCN Intensive Care Annual Scientific Meeting where a fun time is considered an essential ingredient. A number of congress satellite meetings are also planned and details of these are to be found on our web site. In addition there are a number of trade-sponsored workshops and meetings before and during the meeting.
Weather in Sydney is usually excellent at this time of year and not only is the city an exciting place to visit but it provides an excellent base from which to explore Australia.
This Asia Pacific Critical Care Congress will be the premier meeting on Intensive Care in the Southern Hemisphere in 2008. Combining the 15th Congress of the Asia-Pacific Association of Critical Care Medicine, the 33rd Australian & New Zealand Annual Scientific Meeting on Intensive Care, the14th Australian & New Zealand Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Conference and the Australian Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (AuSPEN) Annual Scientific Meeting.
All the information about the conference can be found on this web site, but you can also download the Conference Overview and Guide to Registration HERE.
We look forward to your participation.
