On behalf of the Melbourne organising committee we are honoured to invite you to the 35th ANZICS/ACCCN Intensive Care Annual Scientific Meeting incorporating the 16th Annual Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Conference.
The theme for the meeting is Intensive Care – getting it right: the right treatment, for the right patient, at the right intensity.
The meeting will be held in the new Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, which is conveniently located on the banks of Melbourne’s Yarra River, close to the heart of the city, from 14 October to 16 October 2010.
A thought provoking scientific program has been prepared with world renowned international and national speakers who will stimulate, challenge and energise delegates.
Continuity of the new format trialled in Perth will continue in Melbourne for 2010, with the adult meeting starting on Thursday afternoon and finishing with the gala dinner on Saturday night. The Paediatric conference will commence on Thursday morning with a dinner function at the Melbourne Aquarium in the evening and conclude on the Friday afternoon.
Melbourne’s vibrant energy, charm and natural beauty will compliment the social program that includes the Thursday night welcome reception, the Friday night party and the Saturday night gala dinner. Bookings for the popular sponsored breakfasts and workshops will be available closer to the date.
