Do you want to get in early and book flights? The paediatric program will run all day Thursday 29 October until 3pm Friday 30 October. The adult program will commence at 12.45pm Thursday 29 October and finish with the gala dinner on Saturday 31 October.

Payment of Fees

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Please be advised that registrations will not be processed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All cheques are to be made payable to “EECW in trust for ANZICS/ACCCN 2009 ASM”.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, EECW Pty Ltd.

1. A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $100 will be made on those received before 29 August 2009.
2. A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received after 28 August 2009 and before 26 September 2009.
3. No refund will be made after 25 September 2009.
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference

Liability

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organizing Committee and EECW Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
