Bus transfers

Please note: if you would like to book a bus transfer, this must be done by calling +61 (0)424 363 932.  No registrations will be accepted if they are received by email or fax.

The 2007 ASM organising committee has announced that they will be running bus transfers from Auckland Airport to Rotorua and return. This bus service will run at the following times:

Auckland International Airport to Rotorua

Thu 25 Oct	3.30pm	Auckland Airport to Rotorua
Thu 25 Oct	7.30pm	Auckland Airport to Rotorua

Please note: This bus service will drop delegates at all conference hotels (including Millennium Hotel, Novotel, Ibis, Sudima, Rydges and Kingsgate).

Rotorua to Auckland International Airport

Plese note: This bus service will depart from the Energy Events Centre only. It will not be picking delegates up from conference hotels.

This service will cost $30 one way.

Airlines

As the airlines are regularly changing and updating schedules we recommend you check each airlines web site for the best prices and most convenient flights.

We have been informed by Air New Zealand and Qantas that there are still plenty of flights from Australia to Rotorua. Air New Zealand recommends delegates connect to Rotorua via Wellington as there are still a large number of flights available.

Getting to Rotorua

Rotorua is a leisurely three hour drive from Auckland (234km). Alternatively, flights are also available through Air New Zealand (www.airnewzealand.com.au) which take around 40 minutes.

Intercity Coachlines run a regular bus service between Auckland and Rotorua. For more information go to www.intercitycoach.co.nz
