Exhibition Floor Plan & Booth Allocations
Paediatrics Day Booths: Thursday 12 October
The only booths set-up on the Paediatrics day will be numbers 84-95. The Paediatric sessions will take place in the Ballroom South, Ballroom Centre and Ballroom North. All catering will be on the Mezzanine level in the area of booths 84-95.

Booth Supplier
Staging Connections is supplying the booth structures. Each booth will measrue 3m wide x 2m deep. Staging Connections can also supply additional furniture and audio visual equipment. If you have any queries in regard to additional equipment or the set-up of your booth, for example, having a side wall removed, please contact Simon. Each booth (or display space) will be supplied with 4 standard power outlets, lights, a trestle table (1.8m long) and two chairs. If you require additional power or three-phase power please contact Simon to order.

Delivery Labels for Display Equipment
The labels below MUST be used to send ALL booth equipment to the hotel. Deliveries sent without these labels will not be accepted. You will also need to email Conference Design the courier, dispatch date and consignment number so we can provide the hotel with a full delivery list before the conference.

Registration for Company Representatives
All exhibitor representatives must register for the conference. Each booth includes two registrations including the social functions. Additional registrations can be purchased for $275 for the whole meeting (including only the welcome reception on Thursday evening) or $155 per day (social functions not included). Social functions can be purchased as listed.
A form must be completed for each company representative. All people attending the conference must register before the conference. A conference name badge will be required to access the exhibition area.

The correct delivery labels must be used to send ALL satchel inserts to the hotel. Deliveries without the correct labels will not be accepted. You will also need to email confirmation of the courier, dispatch date and consignment number so we can provide the hotel with a full delivery list BEFORE the conference.
Note: no pads or pens can sent for satchel inserts as these items are sponsored products.

Accommodation
We recommend you book airfares and accommodation early. Accommodation at the venue, the Hotel Grand Chancellor, is limited and will be distributed between exhibitors and delegates. To ensure the accommodation is allocated equitably we will only accept accommodation bookings with a completed registration form. That is, we will not hold room blocks.
