Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel that delegates make arrangements for appropriate insurance cover. ANZICS, ACCCN and CCNS do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to take adequate insurance cover.

Dress
Dress throughout the conference is neat casual. Dress for each function is indicated in the function description.
Privacy and delegate list
ANZICS, ACCCN and CCNS will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
Photocopying at the conference
There are no photocopying facilities at the conference venue, so please ensure your bring a sufficient number of any materials you wish to distribute.
Smoking
The conference and social functions are non-smoking.
Name badges
Name badges will be issued when registering at the conference. For security purposes the conference name badge must be worn at all times during the conference and social functions.
Baby sitting
Please contact your chosen hotel to arrange a baby-sitting service. If you have any queries please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Parking
Car parking is available at the Energy Events Centre

A message board will be located near the registration desk.
Weather
Rotorua enjoys a temperate climate. It has a relatively high altitude (290m/950ft) resulting in daily maximum temperatures of 20-27 C in the summer months and around 10-12 C during the winter. In October the average high temperature is 17 C, while the low is 9 C.

Special requirements
Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements please make yourself known to the waiting staff at all functions.
