There are several ways in which you can pay the registration fees; please read the following carefully and then click on the link below to access the on-line registration form.
Credit card payment is preferred, however if your hospital, institution, company or organisation is unable to facilitate this you should still complete the on-line form selecting 'Registration Without Payment' in the drop-down box at the bottom of the second page under 'method of payment'. An invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
If you are unable to complete the on-line registration form please contact the Conference Team via the link below requesting a manual registration form which we shall email to you as a pdf file. Manually completed registration forms must be accompanied by payment in the form of a cheque or money order. Direct payments into the conference bank account are also acceptable; please contact the Conference Team for details. Credit card payments can only be accepted with on-line registrations.
